We are looking for an L&D Manager for Growth – someone who is passionate about developing people, sharpening skills, and enabling teams to consistently perform at their best.


About the Role

As the L&D Manager for Growth Teams, you will directly coach and train employees to enhance individual performance and elevate team capability. You’ll work closely with Sales leadership to design, implement, and track performance-driven training programs that build confidence, consistency, and compliance across our client-facing teams.
This is a high-impact role where your success will directly influence revenue outcomes, client satisfaction, and organizational growth.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Onboarding Programs: Own onboarding and ramp-up initiatives for Growth teams, ensuring new hires quickly gain confidence, capability, and compliance.

Performance-Driven Training:

Identify skill gaps through performance assessments and deal reviews.

Deliver targeted coaching and structured training for continuous improvement.

Data-Driven Insights: Create dashboards and processes to track training effectiveness, adoption, and ROI of learning initiatives.

Content Development: Design and deploy relevant content (guides, videos, best practices, case studies, insurance guidelines) tailored for Growth teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Pricing, Servicing, and other functions to ensure smooth deal execution and client onboarding.

Client Insights to Training Plans: Translate feedback from Client QBRs, engagement data, and escalations into effective training interventions.

Industry Awareness: Stay updated on insurance and health benefits trends, competitive moves, and regulatory updates impacting our clients.


Qualifications & Skills

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:
5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Coaching, or related functions.

Strong exposure to sales training, customer success enablement, or account management (insurance/health-tech experience preferred).

Proven track record of building and executing training frameworks in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Skills & Expertise:
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and training methodologies.

Proficiency in project management and stakeholder collaboration.

Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving ability.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in English (multilingual is a plus).

Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines and thrive in ambiguity.
