As a Recruiter at Loop, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent to support the company’s growth. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring that every stage of the recruitment process is smooth, efficient, and aligned with our Talent Acquisition standards. Your role will involve building strong candidate pipelines, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and ensuring all hiring activities are carried out in a structured, compliant, and data-driven manner. Ultimately, you will help Loop attract high-quality talent while strengthening our employer brand in the market.

What You Will Do


  • Source high-quality candidates through diverse channels, including job portals, social media platforms, professional communities, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct introductory phone interviews, and manage in-depth in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Evaluate candidates for relevant experience, technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit to ensure they meet the requirements of open roles.
  • Facilitate the entire offer process — from coordinating discussions and managing expectations to negotiating offers and ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Stay updated on hiring trends, market intelligence, salary benchmarks, and relevant employment laws to help shape strategic hiring decisions.
  • Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, sourcing effectiveness, pipeline strength, and offer acceptance rates to improve overall hiring performance.

What You Need to Have


  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, either in a corporate environment or a recruitment agency.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases, with the ability to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
  • Strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting, Boolean searches, networking, and talent mapping.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates professionally and represent the Loop brand effectively.
  • A data-driven approach, with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and use insights to optimize the hiring process.
