Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Manager – Revenue & Policy Operations to lead a high-impact team responsible for:
● Cleaning, validating, and structuring policy booking data
● Sending pricing-ready data to insurers
● Ensuring zero-defect execution for policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals

You’ll own people leadership, data quality, execution SLAs, and cross-functional coordination across Sales, Customer Success, and Insurers / TPAs

What You’ll Own

● Lead and scale a team of 10+ policy booking specialists
● Own end-to-end data flow from Sales → Pricing → Insurer submission → Policy issuance
● Define and enforce data quality standards, validation rules, and audit checks
● Manage daily booking volumes, backlogs, and insurer TATs
● Solve for edge cases: complex endorsements, corrections, mid-term changes, escalations
● Partner with Product & Engineering to:
Automate repetitive workflows
Improve internal tools and booking pipelines
● Build dashboards for booking velocity, error rates, and insurer performance
● Act as the final accountability owner for pricing data sent to insurers

What You Bring

● 7–10 years of experience in:
Data operations and analytics
Team management and training
Experience in insur-tech, fintech or technology businesses
Experience in data quality operations, credit operations, or catalog operations in fintech/e-commerce businesses

● 3+ years formally managing analysts or ops teams
● Deep comfort with: SQL / Excel / Google Sheets
Data QA workflows
Large transactional datasets
● Proven track record of:
Reducing operational error rates
Improving TATs
Scaling teams without quality loss
● Extreme attention to detail with high process discipline
● Ability to thrive in high-volume, high-velocity ops environments
