What you will be doing:

  • Visiting network hospitals and taking care of cashless processes of clients end-to-end
  • Overseeing multiple cashless authorizations and discharge
  • Building relationships with different hospitals for a favorable service
  • Interacting with Claims Administrator at Loop to coordinate efforts for a smooth cashless procedure
  • Working with hospitals, TPAs, the internal team at Loop to ensure a speedy resolution
  • Interact with client and take care of all claim-related procedures

What we are looking for:

  • 1+ years of experience working with cashless claims
  • Has held a role in a TPA/hospital desk/insurer in a claims-facing role
  • Has had 6+ months experience interacting with customers
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in a regional language is encouraged
  • Interested in learning new technological tools
