Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Associate Manager – Operations to manage end-to-end operational coordination for healthcare services and employee wellness programs. The role involves working closely with vendors, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and internal teams to ensure smooth appointment scheduling, timely report management, and a seamless customer experience throughout the process.
The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills to manage operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and partners for appointment confirmations and scheduling.
- Ensure smooth end-to-end operational execution for health check-ups, camps, consultations, and wellness services.
- Track and manage timely collection and sharing of medical reports and related documents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational support and customer coordination.
- Ensure seamless customer experience by resolving queries, escalations, and operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate internally with sales, client success, and on-ground teams for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain operational trackers, reports, and daily MIS updates.
- Follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure SLA adherence and timely closures.
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with operational processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, vendor management, healthcare coordination, customer support, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Customer-centric approach and ownership mindset.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in healthcare operations, wellness programs, diagnostics, insurance, or vendor coordination will be preferred.
