About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive growth for our Diagnostics business. This is an individual contributor role responsible for acquiring new corporate clients and expanding our footprint in the Annual Health Checkup (AHC) space.
You will own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and consultative selling to negotiation and closure—while engaging with senior decision-makers including HR Heads, CHROs, CXOs, and Procurement leaders. The ideal candidate has a strong B2B enterprise sales background and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle for Corporate Annual Health Checkup (AHC) solutions.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts across your region.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key stakeholders including CHROs, HR Heads, CXOs, Procurement, and Admin teams.
  • Understand client challenges and position diagnostic and preventive healthcare solutions that create measurable business value.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions to drive closures.
  • Develop account-specific sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene to consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and corporate wellness initiatives to identify new business opportunities.


What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Diagnostics, Healthcare, HealthTech, Employee Benefits, Insurance, SaaS, or Corporate Wellness.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling to enterprise customers and managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • Strong relationships with HR leaders, CHROs, Procurement teams, CXOs, and other corporate decision-makers.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and develop value-driven solutions.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional regional language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.


Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling Annual Health Checkups (AHC), Diagnostics, Preventive Healthcare, Corporate Wellness, Employee Benefits, or Healthcare SaaS solutions.
  • Existing network within enterprise HR and corporate decision-makers in Bangalore/Mumbai, or surrounding markets.
