About the Role


We are looking for a full-time in office member, who will look after all documentation work when it comes to Claims department. As a Claims Executive, you should have attention to details and be up to date with all the documents that are to be procured.


What you will be doing:


  • Receive Claim Files and add file details as per Loop’s internal maintenance system
  • Scan the files and maintain secure digital records
  • Upload the claim files on TPA/Insurer portals to help with the digital claim submission
  • Interact with client to communicate about deficiencies
  • Share acknowledgment with clients about their claim files
  • Facilitate sharing claim files back with customer upon request


What we are looking for:


  • 6 months+ work experience of working with a TPA/Insurance company (claims division) handling claim files (scanning, uploading, and data entry)
  • Willing to learn using claim portals of different TPAs for uploading claims
  • High focus on accuracy, detail-oriented
  • Ability to work with scanner and printer on a daily basis
  • Fluency in using internal technical tools
